A leading company in the hospitality sector seeks a Revenue Manager to oversee revenue functions and develop strategies to meet financial goals. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in luxury hotels, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a multicultural team. This role involves strategic sales development, team supervision, and data analysis to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation.

Competenze

  • 10+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Previous experience in luxury leisure hotels/resorts.
  • Fluent in English and French; Italian preferred.

Descrizione del lavoro

The provides oversight of all revenue functions. Develops, implements and communicates strategies to achieve top line revenue goals in conjunction with the company's vision and standards.

Reports to : Group CFO / Hotel General Manager

The Role :

  1. Commercial role : Develop, implement and recommend transient / group sales strategies with the goal of maximizing revenues.
  2. Operational role : Review all performances with the hotel Revenue Management Team. Responsible for all data input and report generation of revenue.
  3. Human Resources role : Supervise and provide direction to revenue team members. In conjunction with the Human Resources department, oversee recruiting, hiring, training, development, and retention of a motivated and efficient Revenue staff.
  4. Guest Satisfaction role : Direct Reservations / Revenue staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while managing the department budget. Use Guest Satisfaction data analysis to maximize revenue potential from guests.
  5. Administration role : Demonstrate strong competency in finance and financial analysis, with the ability to prepare reports and sheets to share with HQ management.

The candidate :

  • At least 10+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Previous experience in luxury leisure hotels / resorts
  • International experience is a must
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a multicultural team of 7 people
  • Languages : fluent in English and French; Italian is preferred but not mandatory.
