At ShippyPro, we’ve built the most extensive online e-commerce logistics library, and we’re seeking an exceptional Product Director to lead our talented team of Product Managers and UX/UI designers. Your mission will be to drive our product strategy, create a customer-centric roadmap, and ensure our solutions stay ahead in this rapidly evolving industry.

What you will do

• Report to COO and manage the product team: hiring, supervising/mentoring, and assigning tasks across the team, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and collaboration. Currently, the team includes 6 PMs and 3 UX/UI designers.
• Create and maintain the product strategy, defining long-term goals based on customer and business needs, staying ahead of market trends and customer requirements.
• Develop the product roadmap, outlining steps to achieve strategic goals, communicating plans to stakeholders, and maintaining flexibility for growing needs.
• Analyze product data to understand performance, sharing insights regularly to support data-driven decision-making.
• Measure results and progress by selecting and tracking relevant metrics.

What you will bring to the table

• 7+ years of documented experience in Product management at a managerial level (Director, Head of, VP).
• Deep expertise in SaaS and B2B product development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to formulate and communicate product strategies effectively.
• Broad experience with a critical mindset, open to challenge and collaboration.
• Proven ability to drive products and projects from start to finish with predictable results.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and tools like JIRA.
• Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or related industries.
