Join NowVision as our Operations Director

Location : Pescara, Italy (Hybrid) or Remote with some travel to the office required

Full-Time | Reports to : CEO

Language : English (Italian is a plus)

We’re an early-stage startup, growing fast—and we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Director to help us scale with purpose.

Your Mission

As our Operations Director , you’ll be the glue that connects our vision to execution. You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO to build smart processes, deliver projects flawlessly, and keep the company running smoothly as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Turn our business roadmap into actionable plans and KPIs
• Keep us aligned, on target, and moving forward

Operational Execution

• Oversee daily operations across product, pilots, and customer delivery
• Keep projects on track and ensure happy customers

Finance & Admin

• Manage budgets, reporting, and financial planning with our advisors
• Support fundraising, grants, and investor reporting

Team & Culture

• Set up smart workflows, onboarding processes, and internal tools
• Help shape a strong, people-first company culture
• Build solid relationships with service providers and partners
• Lead negotiations, contracts, and vendor management

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 8+ years in operations, general management, or project leadership
• Background in startups, scale-ups, or innovation teams
• Bonus if you know construction tech, SaaS, or AI
