Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop, and manage relationships with international clients in the luxury segment.
2. Achieve revenue targets by applying strategic sales techniques to generate new business opportunities.
3. Follow up with clients post-sale to gather feedback and improve service and product delivery.
4. Analyze market trends within the luxury segment to inform strategic decisions.
5. Monitor and analyze competitor strategies.
6. Collaborate with the Sales Team to maximize sales and development results.
7. Coordinate with Directors of Sales across the Group Hotels to align strategies.
8. Maintain regular communication with the General Managers of the Group Hotels.
9. Be prepared for frequent travel related to sales activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about hospitality with a unique personality.
• Proven experience in luxury sales roles.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Experience managing luxury clients and coordinating international sales activities.
• Extensive portfolio of luxury clients across multiple countries.
• Ability to build strategic relationships within Luxury Travel Networks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Additional languages are a plus.
