Job Description: Director of IT

Overview: The hotel Director of IT is responsible for ensuring compliance of the Information Technology and Audio Visual environment within the hotel(s). This includes PCI regulations, local data regulations, network security, end-of-life management, project management, budget planning, compliance with MOHG standards, audit compliance, and routine tasks.

The Director of IT acts as the main technical interface between hotel operations and the corporate function of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

The responsibilities are generally separate from the hotel(s) IT Support team and include availability for escalation, colleague engagement, and critical corporate IT tasks during weekdays.
