Job Description:

Overview

The Director of IT at the hotel is responsible for ensuring compliance within the Information Technology and Audio Visual environments. This includes adherence to Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations, local data laws, network security standards, and other regulatory requirements. The role involves end-of-life management and planning, project management, budget planning, compliance with MOHG Product Standards and Guidelines, and routine task management, including external and internal audits.

The Director of IT serves as the primary technical liaison between hotel operations and the corporate functions of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

This position is generally separate from the hotel’s IT support team and is available on weekdays for escalation, colleague engagement, and critical corporate IT tasks or follow-up.

Executive Summary

Responsibilities include budgeting, project management, risk management, task and lifecycle management, cybersecurity, PCI compliance, partnership with hotel executives, MOHG IT interface, strategic alignment, and audit compliance.

General IT Management

• Managing business requests, strategy, and relationships
