Business Development Director - ItalyAs two leading CDMOs come together, this is a rare opportunity to join an organisation benefitted by a long-established reputation and significant backing. As Business Development Director, you will play a crucial part in driving growth for the organisation’s CDMO services across Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be expected to:Identify and develop opportunities with prospects and targets.Build and nurture relationships with new and current customers.Execute strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, quality assurance, manufacturing, and technical teams.Maintain detailed reports and manage CRM toolsStay on top of market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.YouTo help propel this organisation forward under a new identity, you will bring:A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services.Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
