Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in Italy.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular in-person engagement.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients’ challenges and structures to create practical account strategies.
  • Help improve the company’s business development strategy by refining target markets, optimizing sales efficiency, and boosting conversion rates.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently surpassing sales targets aligned with company goals.
Main Requirements:
  • Over 6 years of experience in sales and account management, specifically in full-service CRO sales.
  • Well-connected with key decision-makers in the life sciences sector.
  • Skilled in engaging and influencing senior executives and C-suite leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Adept at identifying client challenges and delivering strategic solutions swiftly.
  • Highly organized and deadline-oriented, capable of managing multiple sales stages concurrently.
  • Holds a BA, MBA, or equivalent relevant experience.
