Join a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to excellence, professional development, and work-life balance. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth and expand our client portfolio. This is a full-time permanent opportunity within a quality-focused, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities within the life sciences sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Develop strategic account plans based on a deep understanding of client needs and challenges.
  • Contribute to refining the company’s business development approach, optimizing sales processes, and increasing efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets aligned with the company's expansion objectives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales and account management within the CRO industry.
  • Previous experience selling full CRO services (mandatory).
  • Established network of decision-makers in the life sciences industry.
  • Proven ability to sell to, present to, and engage with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing complex business deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive presentations.
  • Ability to interpret business challenges and offer actionable solutions.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple engagements in various sales cycle stages.
  • BA, MBA, or equivalent experience required.
