What you will do:
Establish and lead Financial Planning, Forecasting and Financial Results Reporting & Analysis.
Enable the company to report its financial results accurately and in a timely manner, plus meet financial goals.
Prepare the statutory annual report, establish, and coordinate the agenda of the Board of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings. Interact with the local fiscal firm, statutory auditors, and tax authorities.
Be a strategic partner to the Group, other Executive Team members, and the Advisory Board, while owning the financial planning & analysis process inside the company.
Own the forecasting process across all functions to ensure an accurate, always up-to-date operating model.
Coordinate, prepare, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Implement financial controls across all functions to manage and control costs.
Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual budgeting process.
Participate in business reviews with the Senior Leadership team, including the ability to convey key messages through effective presentation skills.
Proactively collaborate across multifunctional teams to create an environment that strives for global consistency of best practices identified both internally and externally to the organization.
Recommend benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance, as well as develop and enhance necessary dashboards to track key metrics and business performance to drive business decisions.
Have a strong understanding of manufacturing environments and related matrix.
Lead a team in support of the Business Unit.
Provide financial insight to the business in assessing risk and opportunities to achieve its financial commitments, including establishing insightful analytics that enable the business to better anticipate the future.
Design and implement financial processes that deliver consistent and predictable results linking operational performance to the P&L, both top line and EBIT.
Provide financial leadership to meet deliverables during various financial cycles including Monthly Close, Quarterly Business Reviews, Forecast cycles, and other ad hoc requests.
Work closely with other members of the Entrance System Division’s Finance team to ensure financial impacts of various business decisions are understood, aligned, and communicated – including Global FP&A, Operations & Business Excellence, and Global Shared Services.
Own all audit processes inside the company.
Work with the accounting team to ensure monthly General Ledger entries are accurate.
Manage the annual Company financial and tax audits.
Ensure proper cash flow management around contract administration, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Manage the Company's purchase card system and banking requirements.
Be responsible for overseeing IT functions as well as leading ERP implementation strategies.
Coordinate the internal controls within the companies.
Required:
Degree in economics and/or related disciplines.
Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
10+ years of experience in business, finance (operations is a must).
Fluency in the Italian and English language is mandatory; French knowledge is considered a plus.
Expert in financial analysis and forecasting, including experience with three statements (P&L, BS, CF), financial modelling, preparing statistical reports, and making recommendations based on analysis and research.
Experience in M&A processes and/or growth financing rounds.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, combined with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with people in the organization at all levels.
