We are seeking a Director for our Industrial and Logistics Agency business line.

The key responsibility of this role is to reinforce our position as a strategic Industrial & Logistics advisor to major corporates, logistics operators, investors, and developers in Italy. You will be part of the broader JLL Southern European Cluster and EMEA networks, working as part of an integrated multinational team to achieve our clients’ goals. You will have access to the full breadth of JLL’s knowledge, collaborating with our Capital Markets, Research, and Work Dynamics teams to deliver top-tier service within our Markets Department.

What this job involves

Delivering core real estate services

Reporting directly to the Head of I&L Agency in Italy, your responsibilities will include marketing existing products and developments, supporting and advising clients throughout negotiations and closing. Our clients include local companies and global corporations. You will organize and lead client meetings and property tours, engaging with landlords, developers, tenants, appraisers, and brokers.

Promoting our services & developing our business

Business development is also a key aspect: supporting the creation of new business proposals, follow-up materials (such as lease comparisons, market overviews, and client presentations), and maintaining contact with prospects. You will also participate in activities to acquire new mandates from landlords and tenants, matching opportunities with their requirements.

To be considered, you need to have:

• A Degree in business, finance, real estate, engineering, or relevant qualification
• Proven experience and knowledge of the I&L sector, particularly within Logistics Real Estate
• Strong commercial experience and aptitude
• Fluent Italian and English skills are essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Objective-driven mindset with a strong interest in professional growth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate brokerage, consultancy, or similar roles
