In this role, you will have full leadership and business responsibility for the Improvement Projects and Roll Services business across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). This includes overseeing improvement projects, new roll sales, roll services, and mill maintenance operations. Your mission is to drive profitable growth and elevate customer satisfaction by empowering our regional teams, shaping and executing effective sales and operational strategies, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our footprint.
This is a key leadership position in a newly shaped business area, offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact. You will work closely with customers and regional teams across the EMEA region, driving innovation and excellence in our service delivery.
