About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Human Capital Director to join Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  1. Develop and execute an integrated HR plan that aligns with Jumeirah’s vision and business priorities. Ensure the right organizational structure, talent, and culture are in place to drive success.
  2. Lead senior leadership recruitment and internal mobility strategies, ensuring we build a high-performing team that embodies Jumeirah’s excellence.
  3. Champion colleague experience through innovative engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and development opportunities. Drive a culture where our people feel valued, inspired, and motivated to grow.
  4. Implement a talent management framework to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential colleagues. Provide coaching and mentorship to key leaders, empowering them to lead with confidence.
  5. Oversee all HR operations, from workforce planning to budget management, compliance, and employee relations. Ensure smooth and efficient HR processes that support the business.
  6. Stay ahead of industry trends, champion best practices, and drive HR innovation to create a forward-thinking, people-centric workplace.

About you:
