With its distributed storage luggage network made of local businesses, it allows travelers to drop their bags for a few hours while they visit the city.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Direct Sales Agent in Italy to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has a passion for expanding networks of partnerships and can effectively communicate the benefits of our Radical platform to local shop owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify through online research potential partners of the Radical company, including: local shops, bars, bistros, and hotels;
  • Cold-call potential partners and effectively communicate the value proposition and unique features of the Radical platform;
  • Negotiate and sign agreements with local shop owners to have them on board as luggage storage locations on the Radical platform;
  • Achieve individual targets and contribute to overall team goals;
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to local shops to ensure a positive experience on the Radical platform.

Qualifications:

  • Based in Italy;
  • Holder of self-employer number or willing to get one;
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of daily calls to local shops;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Previous experience in acquiring partnerships;
  • Excellent standing, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

Pay range and compensation package:

We provide a compensation structure that includes competitive performance-based incentives and a fixed salary. Further details will be discussed during the interview process.
