SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER HEALTHCARE ACUTE ITALY

Exciting opportunity to manage and drive the Nuance Healthcare Software Solutions Sales activity to assigned customers in Italy in order to maximize revenue, expansion, and growth.

Position Description

  • Develop the Acute market in Italy. Establish direct relationships with the largest Partners in the EMR space, such as Dedalus and Afea. Collaborate with the Partner Team to identify, recruit, and manage new partners.
  • Generate leads and support our partners in the sales process by implementing a “sales with” strategy with direct contact with key end users.
  • Manage and grow current activity in Diagnostics to maximize revenue according to company strategy and policies.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Emerging Markets.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Achieve Net New Bookings targets and propose contingency plans in case of deviations.
  • Generate pipeline and move opportunities through the sales funnel using SFDC, providing accurate business forecasts and implementing contingency plans.
  • Maintain direct contact with assigned customers in the Hospital segment (Public & Private Groups), leading the sales cycle.
  • Manage relationships with assigned partners and support them during the sales process with a sell-with strategy.
  • Coordinate and align local sales activities in International Accounts with global strategy.
  • Provide active input to Product Management for roadmap definition and product development, supporting data collection.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define and implement marketing activities within the assigned budgets.
  • Contribute to new product introductions.
  • Engage in business development activities by recruiting new partners according to the company's sales strategy.

Experience

5+ years of successful relationship sales experience in the healthcare market.

Required Skills

  • Customer focus.
  • Proven track record in successful selling.
  • Strong healthcare & software solutions sales background, including Cloud/SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud economics, commercial models, cost structures, and value drivers; make-buy analysis.
  • Fluent spoken and written skills in Italian & English.
  • Proven ability in dealing, negotiating, and closing solution-selling deals.
  • Experience working with virtual teams.
  • Experience in channel management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the healthcare market.
  • Experience with SFDC.

Education

University degree in Business or Economics.
