gevernova in Italy seeks a Material Specialist Intern to support direct material management for the Aero Alliance Avenza Service Shop. The role reports to the Material Procurement Leader and spans 6 months with a possible extension.

Responsibilities include PO placement and follow-up, vendor communication, ERP updates, and process standardization. English fluency and Excel knowledge are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Fluency in English, in writing and speaking.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Procurement and Sourcing interest.
• Negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Support management of direct material (new and repaired) requests and PO placement/follow-up.
• Manage quotations (technical & commercial approval) and vendor follow-up on PO status.
• Maintain supplier relationships for PO execution and ERP updates.
• Support standardization of processes within the team.
