Air Dolomiti, part of the Lufthansa Group, seeks an experienced Captain to lead flight crews and deliver safe, on-time operations from Italy. The role offers a pathway within a structured, high-performance airline culture and includes a compelling entry bonus for selected candidates.

Qualifications include an EASA ATPL (A), 5,000 airline hours with at least 1,500 as Captain, ICAO English level 4, and a valid Class 1 Medical.

REQUIREMENTS

In addition to your strong decision-making skills and ability to lead and work within a team, you will bring the motivation and professionalism expected from an experienced Captain.

• EASA ATPL (A) License
• Minimum of 5,000 flight hours in airline operations
• Minimum of 1,500 flight hours as a Captain in airline operations
• Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency)
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit
• Passport with unlimited validity (if not an EU passport, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport)
• Strong leadership and teamwork skill

Selection follows Air Dolomiti standards. Recognition of Lufthansa Group selection processes may be considered. Travelexpenses for attending the selection process will be reimbursed up to a maximum amount.
