A leading company in innovative technologies seeks a Sales Manager to develop and manage channel partners across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience in high-tech industries and a technical background, enabling them to effectively engage prospective customers. This role involves substantial travel and collaboration with various teams to drive sales success.

Degree in engineering or business
- Grow and manage the channel partners in the EMEA region
- Develop and close won new prospective customers directly or together with channel partners in key segments such as aerospace, automotive, medical, high tech and energy / oil & gas
- Present our company and our solutions to prospective customers
- Follow up and qualify leads and conduct visits to existing and prospective customers
- Manage strategic sales projects, in cooperation with channel partners
- Coach the channel sales partners in case of additional partner coverage of the defined territory
- Work closely together with the business development, key account managers, internal sales, customer success and technical teams to succeed in winning the business
- Develop and maintain a (prospective) customer database using the company CRM system
- Manage your sales funnel by providing periodical forecasts and sales reports
- Participate in trade shows, exhibits and conferences and actively cooperate with Marketing team in organizing and managing them.
- Contribute to market research and market analysis, including competitive strategic analysis
- ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of sales experience selling solutions and / or high technology capital goods
- Experience in working with international customers; experience with channel partners might be beneficial
- Quickly build trusting relationships with partners, prospects and customers
- Effective, convincing communicator and fair negotiator
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills to proficiently manage sales project complexities
- Experience developing and delivering professional sales presentations
- Ability to write clear and concise reports and business correspondence
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (50% travel commitment)
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in engineering and / or business with technical acumen
- Professional experience in the field of additive manufacturing is highly beneficial
- Fluent in English in writing and speaking. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
