Beauty Consultant - Fixed Presence

with a sales-oriented approach.

The selected candidate will be responsible for selling all brand products across three categories (make-up, fragrances, and skincare), providing comprehensive customer assistance from initial interview to sale.

The role also involves contributing to the brand's revenue growth by working independently and collaboratively with the team to meet KPIs and increase loyal customer base.

Requirements:

• Diploma as Make-Up Artist or Beautician
• Previous sales experience, especially in fragrances, preferably within organized retail (preferably in luxury contexts)
• Innate passion for perfumes and make-up
• Sensitivity to luxury products, excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
• Ability to engage with a demanding and loyal clientele, with a polished appearance aligned with the brand and environment

Work hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week

Location: Rinascente Duomo Milano

Initial contract: Fixed-term with excellent prospects for continuation, professional growth, and stabilization.

Contract details: CCNL Commercio + €8 meal vouchers
