Location: Tradate, Italy

We are seeking a showroom demonstrator with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (such as: printing technician, digital printing technician, or production manager in a printing service).

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Tradate and Bologna showrooms
2. Organize prepress, printing, and finishing activities
3. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to support sales activities
4. Demonstrate machinery from Mimaki and conduct feasibility studies
5. Research and develop new applications
6. Test and analyze new printers and cutting plotters for market positioning
7. Train sales staff and resellers on new products
8. Propose and create sample kits for the sales team
9. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for fairs and events, actively participate
10. Proficient in Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic software
11. Excellent public speaking skills
12. Knowledge of English language
13. Understanding of large-format printing industry
14. Managerial and organizational skills
15. Ability to work in a team
16. Dynamic and proactive attitude
17. Meet project deadlines and company/market needs
18. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Additional consideration will be given to experience with at least one CRM software and color profiling tools.
