Your day at NTT DATA

As a TS Implementation Engineer, you will be part of our service area. Working in an international team, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge by working on significant projects for our clients within the Digital Workplace domain.

The TS Implementation Engineer (L2) possesses specialized knowledge of systems, protocols, and IT devices, enabling them to deploy medium-complexity infrastructures and solutions, as well as support clients in maintenance and evolutionary consulting activities.

What you'll be doing

• Implement solutions in the digital workplace domain
• Prepare project documentation
• Act as a technical specialist to ensure all technical requirements are met and function correctly in the client's environment
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide support for troubleshooting issues

Required skills and qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent diploma
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel for work purposes
• Determination, sense of responsibility, and autonomy in organizing your work
• Knowledge of Cisco OnPrem solutions: CallManager, Unity, Expressway, Cube, etc.
• Good experience with Cisco video conferencing solutions (Nice to have: MTR)
• Cisco CCNA or CCNP Collaboration certification
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Cisco Cloud solutions: Webex Calling, Webex Suite, CVI
• Nice to have: Programming languages
