The role

You will lead and coordinate Digital Workplace projects, focusing on implementing, integrating, and optimizing solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, security, and collaboration tools. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, define both functional and technical architectures, and ensure effective delivery aligned with quality standards. Additionally, you will serve as a reference point for internal teams and partners regarding workplace technology services, actively contributing to standardization and continuous process improvement.

What will you do?

• Foster client collaboration and engagement to achieve strategic goals through technology solutions aligned with the company's products and services.
• Stay current with the latest Microsoft technologies and acquire key certifications for M365.
• Provide tailored guidance and solutions based on client needs.
• Analyze clients’ technological environments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Design and implement digital transformation strategies to drive technological evolution within client organizations.
• Develop adoption plans for new technologies to ensure successful integration and user experience.
• Create and manage service task lists.

What we need to see from you

• Extensive experience with Microsoft solutions, especially Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in Azure AD Connect, ADFS, MIM, Active Directory, and Azure AD for secure and efficient integration.
• Experience implementing security solutions, including Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, Exchange, Microsoft ENTRA suite, Zero Trust approach using MS products, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Priva.
• Skills in device management and deployment using tools like Intune / Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and SCCM (nice to have).
• Broad experience with productivity tools, including on-premises Exchange.
• Experience implementing Windows Virtual Desktop solutions.
• Knowledge of Copilot and AI tools.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to deliver workshops to diverse audiences, including CxO level.
• Experience working within teams and collaborative consulting environments, facilitating knowledge sharing and solution development.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
