Digital Attitude is looking for a Trainer for Digital Adoption Projects to join our team, focusing on technical and transversal skills, especially on Microsoft Copilot and the MR365 package. The role involves leading training and educational events to support the adoption of digital technologies within large corporate environments across all sectors. The ideal candidate has knowledge of digital tools and technologies, excellent communication skills, and an interest in developing a career as an online trainer.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging online training sessions, communicating content clearly.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables and training.
  3. Coordinate, organize, and facilitate training courses, workshops, and focus groups.
  4. Create communication materials and support workshop and training session preparations, depending on experience.
  5. Manage and collect feedback from participants.
  6. Support the implementation of global digital transformation projects to foster technology adoption.
Skills and Competencies
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools with a proactive attitude towards personal updates.
  • Ability to deliver engaging training, both theoretical and experiential.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Interest in deepening training techniques, channels, and formats, especially in digital transformation projects.
  • High interpersonal skills to connect with diverse groups and backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an online trainer in the digital field.
  • Experience working with corporate clients across various sectors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to train fluently in languages other than English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
  • Basic video editing skills.
