Digital Attitude , part of the Digital360 Group, is dedicated to creating a balance between people and technology. With solid experience in change & tech adoption, it combines technological expertise and data-driven approaches with deep know-how in psychology, neuropsychology, and social sciences .

Digital Attitude is looking for a Digital Transformation Trainer - English speaker (Freelance) to join our team of trainers for both technical and transversal skills, focusing on Microsoft Copilot and the MR365 package, to support our digital adoption projects .

The role will lead training and educational events, supporting the adoption of digital technologies within large corporate environments across all business sectors. The ideal candidate has knowledge of digital tools and technologies, excellent communication skills, and is interested in creating or advancing their career as an online trainer

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver online training, communicating content clearly and engagingly .
• Contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction with project deliverables and training .
• Support the coordination, organization, and facilitation of training courses, workshops, and focus groups .
• Depending on the level of experience, create communication materials and support for workshops and training sessions .
• Coordinate the management and collection of feedback from participants .
• Support the implementation of global digital transformation projects to promote technology adoption by our clients.

Skills and Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft365 tools and a continuous personal update attitude .
• Ability to deliver training fluently in English
• Ability to deliver both theoretical and experiential content training .
• Great presentation skills, with the ability to engage and interest training participants, making sessions interactive .
• Desire to deepen knowledge of training techniques, channels, formats, with a plus for digital transformation projects .
• High interpersonal skills that allow connecting at all levels, with groups of all sizes and different backgrounds .
• Focus on details, with excellent organizational and planning skills .

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an online trainer in the digital field .
• Experience in interfacing with corporate clients of different types, sizes, and business sectors

Will be considered a plus :

• Ability to deliver training fluently in any other language than English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot .
• Basic video editing skills .
