DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
About the role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Digital & Transformation Support to join our Southern Europe team. In this role, you will work directly with the Digital & Transformation Director, contributing to the execution and follow-up of strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries.

As Digital & Transformation Support, you will:

  • Support the implementation, coordination, and tracking of regional transformation initiatives and digital programs.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support strategic analysis, business case development, and project decisions. Prepare data, dashboards, and status updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Assist local divisions by providing meaningful data to streamline their roles.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help prepare requests and proposals for the central development team.
  • Track KPIs for ongoing digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure alignment and successful project implementation.
  • Document and follow up on action items, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Support change management and communication efforts related to digital transformation programs.

  • Analytical and structured, with a good understanding of project workflows and stakeholder management.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 13 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting firm or as a Data Analyst or in a transformation-related and strategy role.
  • Good knowledge of processes inside ERP or CRM tools such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, or HubSpot.
