CODIFI is seeking a Project Management Specialist to drive impactful projects and optimize business processes within its Service Operations and Digital Channels division. You will manage the project portfolio, gather requirements, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes supporting the development and implementation of CODIFI's digital strategy, with involvement in ICT investment budgeting and forecasting under supervision.

Competenze

• University degree in Management Engineering or related analytical discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; SAP project management preferred.
• Advanced English language skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; SAP experience beneficial.
• Able to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex negotiations.

• Portfolio management and monitoring: oversee project portfolio, budgeting, scheduling and tracking.
• Requirements gathering and funnel definition across departments to shape annual portfolio.
• Stakeholder and vendor cooperation to ensure on-time delivery with internal and external partners.
• Support digital strategy deployment with Data Governance and Digital Platform teams.
• Budgeting and financial forecasting support for ICT investments under supervision.
