About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to join our Continuous Improvement team within the Technical Operations department. In this role, you will design the digital transformation vision and portfolio, support digitalization initiatives, and manage transformation projects across Pharma Production Sites. You will play a critical role in driving the adoption of MES/MOM and OT solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and standardizing digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee digital transformation projects, including defining business cases and investment requests.
• Lead the deployment and roll-out of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and OEE & Analytics platforms across Pharma Production Sites.
• Act as a key user and advisor for digital platforms, supporting local teams in implementation and ensuring standardization across sites.
• Define and facilitate data collection, visualization, and automation in collaboration with ITS, Data Analytics, and Automation teams.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation within industrial sectors.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industries.
• Strong expertise in data architecture solutions (Microsoft Azure suite, including DataBricks, Data Factory, is a plus).
• Knowledge of Python and Power BI (or similar tools) is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of MES/MOM solutions (e.g., electronic Batch Records, OEE platforms).
• Proficiency in SQL databases and data query development.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
