Within the Group Chief Operating Officer function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.

Key responsibilities of the role will include :

• Performing digital maturity regular assessment (business and IT) and analysis with the Generali BUs
• Supporting the Business Units to deliver locally the digital strategy and transformation roadmap to achieve operational excellence
• Ensuring local digital capabilities are developed and / or adopted accordingly to the Group IT & Ops Strategy
• Supporting the OpEx initiatives, with a particular focus on steering and monitoring the Digital OpEx KPIs
• Preparing and delivering project management documents and presentations
• Collecting and distributing the best digital practices within the Group as support to efficiently deliver the above responsibilities

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

• Excellent educational background, preferably in STEM
• At least 7 years’ experience working in strategic or IT consultancy with a strong focus on insurance (knowledge of the core processes is required)
• Significative experience acquired in international environment
• Excellent skills and proficiency in managerial reporting
• Proficiency on digital technologies and trends
• Interest and passion for innovation and disruptive technologies
• A good understanding of database fundamentals, Agile methodologies, Software and web development methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Project management skills, including the ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Capacity to influence stakeholders using business acumen
• Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
