We are seeking a Digital Trainer to join our team based in Milano. Fluency in Polish is essential. There is also the possibility of working full remote.

The selected candidate will support the EMEA team for Microsoft in the following activities:

1. Creating content focused on products and marketing
2. Hosting webinars in English
3. Supporting report creation using PowerPoint and Excel
4. Managing marketing materials
5. Supporting special projects within the EMEA team
6. Assisting the EMEA Readiness team in content creation and delivery
7. Community management and partner support

Requirements:

• Advanced English (C1) and Polish language skills
• Strong communication skills and public speaking predisposition
• Bachelor's degree in human sciences/marketing
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Problem-solving skills and flexibility
• French/Spanish knowledge is a plus
