We are seeking a Digital Trainer to join our team based in Milano. Fluency in Arabic is essential. The position offers the possibility of full remote work.

The successful candidate will support the EMEA team for Microsoft in the following activities:

1. Creating content focused on products and marketing
2. Hosting webinars in English as a speaker
3. Supporting report creation using PowerPoint and Excel
4. Managing marketing materials
5. Supporting special projects within the EMEA team
6. Assisting in content creation and delivery for EMEA Readiness
7. Managing community engagement and supporting partners

Requirements:

• Advanced English (C1) and fluent in Arabic
• Strong communication skills and public speaking predisposition
• Bachelor's degree in human sciences/marketing
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Problem-solving skills and flexibility
• Knowledge of French/Spanish is a plus
