Digital Technical Project Manager

Your Responsibilities

Are food and technology your passions? Do you want to contribute to the digital transformation of some of cameo's historic brands like Paneangeli and Ciobar? As a Digital Technical Project Manager, reporting to the Head of Digital, you will be at the heart of our innovation strategy, managing complex projects in content, design, and technology. You will act as a bridge between our Marketing and IT teams, working closely with the International team to implement digital solutions that enhance the taste of home.

Respecting budget and timelines, and in line with company guidelines, you will:

• Plan and manage activities, internal resources, and suppliers assigned to the project
• Coordinate the execution of digital campaigns/projects and maintenance activities
• Act as a sparring partner for the Marketing and IT teams to develop innovative digital solutions
• Work closely with the International team to facilitate the implementation of Digital Transformation projects at the local level
• Monitor project KPIs, forecast trends, analyze, and reduce risks

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Computer Engineering (or related), Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within digital agencies or digital departments of structured companies
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Ability to interpret the context and actively propose ideas and innovative solutions
• Experience managing projects with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in traditional (Gantt) and agile (Scrum, Kanban) project management tools
• Knowledge of data management principles (including GDPR) and data protection techniques
• Strong interest and passion for new technologies
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Preferred: Experience with Atlassian/Open Project or other project management suites, Content Marketing projects, CRM platforms like Salesforce, Content Automation, Web/Mobile Development, Digital Media Planning, Data Analytics, Open Innovation projects, Power BI dashboards, RPA.
