Job Opportunity: Digital Strategy Manager

Authos S.p.A. is seeking talented Digital Strategy Managers who are eager to embark on an innovative journey in the automotive sector, based on a NEW Business Model centered around SOCIAL – LEADS MANAGEMENT.

The candidate will participate in defining digital strategies across various channels and properties of the company. Responsibilities include strategic and operational management of lead generation activities, advertising within the marketing team, and developing marketing automation workflows and CRM processes. The role also involves web design activities, including developing websites and landing pages for the company's online presence.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency with major Analytics platforms
• Experience with advertising platforms: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads
• Social media communication management
• Use of marketing automation tools
• SEO content creation
• CRM process knowledge
• Project management skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement social media advertising strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage Business Manager and Google Ads platforms
• Develop lead generation campaigns
• Oversee advertising budgets
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
• Analyze results and prepare reports
• Set specific objectives and evaluate investment returns
• Research current trends and audience preferences
• Collaborate with digital marketing and business intelligence teams
• Demonstrated experience managing advertising budgets and campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Analytics
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills and multitasking ability
• Proven professional experience as a digital strategy manager
• HTML/CSS editing and mockup creation
• Knowledge of CMS platforms
• Image editing software skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
