Job Description:

The Loacker New Channels team is looking for a passionate individual in eCommerce and digitalization, eager to develop professional and technical skills from both a commercial and operational perspective.

YOUR TASKS

• Collaborate on the development of the digital sales channels strategy, including sales objectives, product assortment, and pricing strategies per channel.
• Implement digital and promotional plans for B2C and B2B stores.
• Analyze sales data to identify potential optimizations, monitor costs, and explore sales opportunities in the short and medium term.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROI, conversion rate, average order value, number of orders, and turnover.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to align digital activities with marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance of stores with legal, health, and safety regulations (e.g., best before dates, packaging data, nutritional information).
• Enhance UI/UX experience by monitoring channel-specific needs and feedback.
• Support customer service by automating flows and providing necessary information to resolve eCommerce issues.
• Coordinate with logistics and third-party services to monitor inventory levels and implement corrective actions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in economics, business management, or marketing; a master's in digital marketing is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, CMS, or similar analytics tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and PIM systems.
• Ability to analyze financial and business data.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.
