We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in promoting and selling innovative digital solutions for pharmacies. This dynamic position combines cutting-edge technology with excellent customer service skills.
About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will engage directly with clients in the field to introduce and sell digital solutions for pharmacies. You will manage both existing and new clients, conduct client visits, and participate in onsite training and onboarding. Learning and utilizing CRM systems is required; adaptability and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in the field to introduce and sell digital solutions for pharmacies.
- Transition clients to the social media marketing team for ongoing campaigns after initial engagement.
- Manage existing and new clients.
- Conduct at least 10 client visits per week for pharma sector profiles.
- Participate in onsite training, including initial client visits with the hiring manager.
- Use CRM systems as required; adaptability and willingness to learn are essential.
- Spend approximately 20% of work time on administrative or home office tasks.

Candidate Profile
- Young, energetic, sociable, with a passion for digital and social media.
- Strong sales skills in client-facing situations with excellent communication.
- Experience selling digital products or supplements to pharmacies, especially with social media involvement, is a plus.
- Category B driver's license.
- Adaptable, digitally savvy, and able to build strong client relationships.
- Comfortable with frequent fieldwork and client visits.

Compensation & Contract
- Base salary: €28,000 + €10,000 bonus (paid quarterly at €2,500 upon achieving targets) + company car with fuel card; all travels to client sites are covered, including meals and accommodation.
- Probation period: 60 working days.
