Job description

Coordinate clients' Amazon projects, from strategic planning to operational delivery.

Manage communication among internal departments (SEO, ADV, Graphics, Technical, and Strategic) to ensure consistency and alignment.

Translate analysis and insights into actionable and measurable roadmaps.

Monitor KPIs, milestones, and budget, ensuring adherence to timelines, objectives, and quality standards.

Keep project documentation up-to-date and oversee workflows between team and client.

Ensure every initiative meets performance indicators and contributes to brand growth.

At least 3 years of experience in managing projects within digital, e-commerce, or performance-based agency contexts.

Outstanding organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Notion, ClickUp, or similar).

Strong data orientation and analytical skills for managing KPI-driven objectives.

Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.

Knowledge of key Amazon metrics (ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR) and ADV/SEO processes.

Background in management consulting or digital strategy.
