Digital Lead - Regional

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Solution Engineering Coordinator to join our Energy Industries Digital team. You will lead the COC team and activities in Genoa, coordinating all activities related to digital applications, providing advanced services such as preventive and predictive monitoring for industrial clients. You will oversee the development and update of digital applications to meet product goals and project milestones, propose innovative digital solutions, and promote new services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather requirements, estimate development effort, write specifications, and contribute to the product roadmap.
2. Drive execution from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
3. Coordinate external partners and internal teams across the company.
4. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
5. Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
6. Plan and coordinate the Remote Service Support team activities, including 24/7 support for maintenance contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading software development activities from design to deployment, translating market requirements into technical specifications.
• Master's degree in engineering or computer science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in developing digital solutions and ensuring client needs are met timely.
• Excellent planning and task prioritization skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
