The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing digital projects, agile methodologies, and strong communication skills. This role involves working closely with system integrators and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and quality project delivery.

A highly organized Digital & Omnichannel Project Manager will manage the successful delivery of the omnichannel roadmap for a short-term period. This role will be pivotal in managing sprint planning, coordinating releases, and acting as a bridge between system integrators, IT teams, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering detailed digital projects on time.

Your Contribution:

  • Manage the Global Digital Backlog:
    • Collaborate with business teams, IT and leadership to prioritise the backlog, create sprint planning and release scopes.
    • Facilitate internal governance related to sprint and release management (daily grooming, stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, steering committees and so on).
    • Oversee and facilitate release development progress ensuring on time and quality delivery (SIT – UAT – STG – PROD).
    • Lead retrospectives and process improvements.
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Support on ad hoc projects and features outside of salesforce management (for example store order fulfillment, in store order, farfetch, PIM, CRM etc).
    • Define project scope, governance and deliverables in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and activities.
    • Facilitate project progress, reporting back to leadership on progress and for arbitration and escalation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for system integrator, group and internal teams, managing communication and collaboration between various stakeholders.
    • Ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate project updates and progress reports effectively.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project and roadmap goals.

Your Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager (3-5 years).
  • Experience in fashion / retail & ecommerce.
  • Experience managing development related to Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience managing projects related to omnichannel projects and products.
  • Experience working with system integrators, IT and business teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, e-commerce, and digital technologies.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
