Technogym cerca un Digital Product Designer per creare mockup ad alta fedeltà e prototipi in un ecosistema multi‑dispositivo (mobile, embedded, web).

Collaborerai con Product, Engineering e Data per evolvere il Design System, guidare metriche di prodotto e esplorare pattern di IA e personalizzazione per future esperienze.

Competenze

• 3-6 anni di esperienza in Digital Product Design (UX/UI) all'interno di team di prodotto.

Mansioni

• Progetterà esperienze multi‑piattaforma: mobile, interfacce embedded e web, con attenzione a flussi ed interazioni.
• Creerà wireframe e interfacce ad alta fedeltà con attenzione a movimento e chiarezza visiva.
• Prototype rapide esperienze, inclusi concetti basati su IA, per validare idee con stakeholder e utenti.
• Contribuirà all’evoluzione del Design System e garantirà coerenza tra touchpoint.
• Valuterà nuove features tramite dati e metriche di prodotto per miglioramenti continui.
• Collaborerà strettamente con Product, Engineering e Data in un ciclo di discovery e delivery.

Your Role

We are searching for a Digital Product Designer to create user-friendly, high-fidelity interface mockups and prototypes.

Your Impact

• Design seamless, high-quality experiences across a multi-device ecosystem (mobile, embedded interfaces, web)Translate user needs, behavioral data and business goals into intuitive and scalable solutions
• Create flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces with strong attention to interaction, motion and visual clarity
• Prototype experiences rapidly (including AI-driven interactions) to validate concepts with stakeholders and users
• Contribute to and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Use data and product analytics to evaluate released features, define benchmarks and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams in a continuous discovery and delivery process
• Explore emerging patterns in AI, personalization and adaptive interfaces to shape future experiences
• Define interaction patterns that scale across different contexts (e.g.mobil, large screens, embedded devices)Communicate design decisions clearly, providing detailed specs and rationale to engineering teams

What you should bring

• 3-6 years of experience in Digital Product Design (UX/UI) within product teams
• Strong experience designing end-to-end experiences (not just screens)
• Solid understanding of Design Systems and scalable design principles
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma and beyond)
• Experience working with data-informed design and product metrics
• Ability to prototype interactions (including advanced or AI-driven concepts)
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design across devices
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills (typography, motion, hierarchy)
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in agile environments
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
