Job Description

The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee the shared service delivery operations organization, providing quality media operations to support the Media and Performance brands. The Director will lead teams focused on specific sub-practice delivery activities to deliver excellence in client service. Responsibilities include oversight and accountability for delivery operations activities such as operational support of client platform configuration and maintenance, campaign setup and optimization, media delivery and reconciliation, reporting, and supplier validation. The role ensures a coordinated focus on best practices, process and policy understanding, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and overseeing the shared service delivery operations organization, maintaining relationships with the Media Practice lead.
  2. Leading teams focused on media delivery activities to ensure excellence in client service, developing high-performing teams.
  3. Delivering operational activities and driving excellence in customer service through accurate media delivery.
  4. Driving a culture of operational excellence in all processes and activities.
  5. Leading root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to improve daily operations and resolve issues.
  6. Implementing operational best practices in coordination with the Head of Media Operations.
  7. Understanding and continually assessing the team's role in serving client needs.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in IM/Media agencies, managing IM/PR and social projects, preferably with international experience, with roles of responsibility.
  • Team-oriented attitude with experience managing junior resources, including training and motivation initiatives.
  • Passion and proven experience in digital marketing, creativity, and social campaigns, with collaboration experience in strategy and media areas. Media agency or media group experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing and social media trends.
  • Experience with social platforms, analysis tools, and measurement tools.
  • Native Italian speaker, fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Motivated and ambitious to achieve high-quality standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian talents' ecosystem, agencies, and partners.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach.
