As part of the Marketing Department, Communication Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

1. Support the development and the management of digital strategies for influencers content distribution;
2. Support the process of collaboration with influencers (influencers’ scouting and selection, brief, execution, follow up, results analysis);
3. Support in managing the seeding calendar ensuring the correct execution and monitoring of the activity in cooperation with the Digital PR & Influencer Marketing agency of the day by day;
4. Support the back-office operations related to seeding and gifting activities;
5. Monitor new trends, new potential influencers and social platforms to create innovative and relevant influencer plans for the community;
6. Participate and support the organization of PR activities aimed at supporting the brand’s business (masterclasses, in-store activities, press days, brand meetings);
7. Elaboration of monthly reports on influencer marketing and Digital PR activities;
8. Monitoring day-by-day the influencer marketing & Digital PR tool to implement campaigns and constantly check results;
9. Ability to analyze KPIs and social media insights, influencer marketing (paid campaigns) and digital PR activities (seeding, events, organic content).

Who we are looking for:

1. 2+ years of experience as a Digital PR & Influencer Assistant or in a similar role;
2. Organizational skills deadline-driven;
3. Excellent communication and relation skills;
4. Experience in supporting and monitoring influencer marketing campaigns & Digital PR Activities;
5. Team-working attitude;
6. Fluent in spoken/written English.
