GroupM is looking for a
- Digital Planner
- who will be responsible for the planning of all media campaigns for assigned clients.

OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE
- Act as point of contact for the client;
- Assist the digital media lead and supervisor in developing the best annual digital strategy and propose new activations;
- Deliver the most effective media plan given a budget and an objective;
- Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of digital campaign activities (planning & buying);
- Deliver competitive reports and analyze campaign results;
- Analyze campaigns and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance;
- Maintain relationships with key media partners / publishers;
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for direct team specialists;
- Stay informed about the commercial offers of online channels in the performance market;
- Utilize various tools to evaluate plan results;
- Manage different digital campaign types (awareness, performance, data-driven, retargeting);
- Create strategic documents for campaign analysis and planning;
- Collaborate with cross-functional agency teams and clients' suppliers, including creative agencies.
ABOUT YOU
- University degree preferably in Economics, Advertising, or Marketing and Communication;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Digital Media Planning;
- Proactivity and collaboration skills;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Adbox, or similar;
- Fluent in English;
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
