Digital Operation Specialist

The new resource is going to support the Corporate Automation & Digitalization Manager to implement the assigned project’s frameworks / streams within the overall Operation Digitalization Road-Map, in terms of Project Management and Key User’s coordination activities.

Overview

• Digital Operation Specialist role focusing on coordinating and managing digital operation projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Management of Digital Operation projects in compliance with time, costs and quality, by means of planning and control tools.
• Supervision of project phases, starting from the URS drafting phase, feasibility studies, software selection, planning and supervising activities, implementation supervision, system qualification and / or validation supervision.
• Management of Key User’s assigned tasks, interviews and meetings.
• Management of “Gate” project reviews and in particular the GMP reviews.
• Verifying technical and validation document provided by suppliers.
• Internal procedures drafting support.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical, IT or Economics areas.
• At least 5 years of previous experience as a Project Manager / Consultant in projects targeted to process optimsation and improvement or directly to digitalization, in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good GMP and Quality Knowledge.
• Basic Knowledge of principal technological platforms used in Pharma environment.
• Business Process Analysis, and basic knowledge of Business Process Modelling approach.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English (level B2).
• Critical thinking, independence, ability to act innovatively.
• Capacity to develop solutions and encourage other people to do so and great team working.
