Role

We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic SEO Consultant interested to join a fast-growing unit of one of Europe’s top MarTech companies, with a portfolio of top Italian and international clients. She / He will be responsible for the SEO compliance and successful migration of new websites for an international client. Please note that fluency in English is mandatory, since it will be the official language of the project. Fluency in Spanish will be considered a plus.

Here are some of the responsibilities you will have :

• Follow pre-launch and launch of new websites from a SEO-compliance point of view, supporting DEVs and creating efficient migration and redirect plans.
• Optimize texts, semantical tags and metadata to better match users’ queries and increase website’s ranking.
• Monitor site health and directly fix technical issues.
• Produce detailed SEO reports with a focus on traffic analysis, organic performance, and optimization proposals.
• Analyze business requirements and match them with data in order to propose the most performing SEO project solutions.
• Produce detailed and strong analytical tech and editorial SEO audits.
• Manage projects, building strong relationships with clients and planning workflows to deliver all major SEO activities according to plans, with continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (both written and oral).
• 2 years of SEO experience.
• Experience in technical SEO for e-commerce and / or multi-country websites.
• Experience with most common analytics tools and search tools.
• Experience in developing content and link-building strategies.
• Working knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms, and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
• Experience in directly managing complex projects and relationships with top clients.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
