Role

We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic SEO Consultant interested in joining a fast-growing unit of one of Europe’s top MarTech companies, with a portfolio of top Italian and international clients. She/He will be responsible for SEO compliance and the successful migration of new websites for an international client. Fluency in English is mandatory, as it will be the official language of the project. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-launch and launch of new websites from an SEO compliance perspective, assisting developers and creating efficient migration and redirect plans.
• Optimize texts, semantic tags, and metadata to better match users’ queries and improve website rankings.
• Monitor site health and directly resolve technical issues.
• Produce detailed SEO reports focusing on traffic analysis, organic performance, and optimization proposals.
• Analyze business requirements and data to propose high-performing SEO solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive technical and editorial SEO audits.
• Manage projects by building strong client relationships and planning workflows to deliver SEO activities on schedule with ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of SEO experience.
• Experience in technical SEO for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites.
• Proficiency with common analytics and search tools.
• Experience in developing content and link-building strategies.
• Knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and current SEO trends.
• Experience managing complex projects and top-tier client relationships.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
