Role

We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic SEO Consultant interested in joining a fast-growing unit of one of Europe’s top MarTech companies, with a portfolio of top Italian and international clients. She/He will be responsible for SEO compliance and the successful migration of new websites for an international client. Please note that fluency in English is mandatory, as it will be the official language of the project. Fluency in Spanish will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow pre-launch and launch of new websites from an SEO compliance perspective, supporting developers and creating efficient migration and redirect plans.
• Optimize texts, semantical tags, and metadata to better match users’ queries and increase website rankings.
• Monitor site health and directly fix technical issues.
• Produce detailed SEO reports focusing on traffic analysis, organic performance, and optimization proposals.
• Analyze business requirements and match them with data to propose high-performing SEO project solutions.
• Produce detailed technical and editorial SEO audits.
• Manage projects, build strong client relationships, and plan workflows to deliver major SEO activities with continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (both written and oral).
• At least 2 years of SEO experience.
• Experience in technical SEO for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites.
• Proficiency with common analytics and search tools.
• Experience in developing content and link-building strategies.
• Working knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and latest SEO trends and best practices.
• Experience managing complex projects and top-tier client relationships.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
