Your Role

Technogym is seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. You will lead the implementation of our media strategy, develop effective digital media plans to recruit new users worldwide, drive lead generation, increase revenues, and grow our omnichannel business.

This role is crucial in nurturing growth marketing efforts through online platforms, social media, third-party media networks, programmatic and digital tools. You will also develop and execute marketing plans to build global brand awareness.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage, optimize, and scale our media spend across digital platforms, coordinate SEO/SEA efforts with the ecommerce team, and oversee advertising strategies for acquisition and remarketing/retention. Responsibilities include developing advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels, as well as exploring new experimental channels.

You will also focus on driving growth and visibility through strategic digital campaigns, supporting the evolution of our CRM and growth initiatives.

Your Impact
  • Develop digital media strategies to meet business and brand objectives
  • Manage media channels to meet KPIs such as engagement, traffic, search growth, ROAS, and revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing departments, internal stakeholders, and agency partners
  • Coordinate with media agencies for campaign planning, launch, analysis, and measurement
  • Work with vendors to set multichannel strategies and follow up on action points
  • Provide insights for campaigns and contribute to local and central marketing efforts
  • Prepare analytics dashboards for sharing across markets and teams
  • Lead paid media content briefs and support traffic generation and conversion efforts with the ecommerce team
  • Recommend digital media strategies aligned with brand identity and company goals
  • Build cohesive cross-platform campaign strategies in collaboration with HQ teams
  • Monitor campaigns in real-time, making recommendations for improvements and analyzing impact
  • Set audience engagement and growth goals and create roadmaps to achieve them
  • Create and maintain a Digital Performance calendar and strategize media plans for ROI
  • Own budgeting and forecasting for media spend
  • Manage digital projects and collateral internally and with external agencies
  • Stay updated on digital and social media trends, monitoring the competitive landscape
About You

You are passionate about fitness, proactive, and ethical. A motivated self-starter with strong relationship skills, you have a passion for ecommerce and are highly analytical with a growth mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment, capable of managing multiple responsibilities and projects.

What you should bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager
  • Experience launching new products or integrated marketing campaigns across channels
  • Proven experience in digital media, preferably in luxury, tech, sports, or lifestyle brands
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools
  • Experience with social media, CTV, Google, CRM, and digital campaign optimization
  • Ability to interpret market research and data analytics into strategic marketing plans
  • Budget management skills and experience working with external agencies
  • Ability to collaborate across teams on plans and deliverables
