The global platform for buying dream bikes : Italian marketplace of high-end bicycles, with a hybrid business model (E-Commerce : buying and reselling second-hand bicycles, mostly from World Tour teams, and Marketplace, where stores sign up to publish and sell their inventory).

The role

We aim to bring our customers the best experience by offering top-notch products and a unique digital experience. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns, email marketing efforts, and other channels to increase traffic and conversions on Bike-room.com. This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and help grow our online presence. Work closely with other teams, such as design, content, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and brand consistency. The best fit is a versatile and result-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing and has a 100% digital focus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating full-funnel digital campaigns on all digital platforms, from briefing to reporting to meet the overall brand and performance marketing goals.
  • Ensure timely adaptation of creative assets to ensure global consistency and local relevancy, and brief new assets where needed to best match a campaign goal.
  • Developing and executing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize ad campaigns, adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives to improve performance.
  • Track and report on ad performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Help create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Work on segmenting email lists, crafting engaging email content, and optimizing subject lines, CTAs, and overall design (supported by content creators).
  • Guiding the creation of key email automation journeys to boost loyalty and ensure repeated purchases.
  • Driving lead generation campaigns to ensure database growth and optimizing towards the best-performing channels and campaigns.
  • Support the implementation of other digital marketing strategies (such as affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, etc.) to drive traffic to the site.
  • Assist in exploring new digital channels and opportunities for traffic acquisition.

Required qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, focusing on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
  • Experience in executing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing strategies and tools.
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce sales logic.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Digital and brand marketing skills gained in international contexts and cross-functional teams.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and openness to feedback and continuous learning.
