Job summary

Pi School S.r.l. is seeking a mid-level Communications professional to design promotion strategies and create content for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and events. You will collaborate with a designer and an intern, manage lead generation, and run paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The role requires a Economics degree with digital marketing specialization, strong writing, and the ability to handle multiple projects. English at C2 and Italian at B1 are required.

About Pi School

Pi School is a research and innovation company born from two decades of building AI for real-world impact. Founded in 2017 by Marco Trombetti and Isabelle Andrieu, it is backed by 27 years of AI heritage through Translated, the founders' company and a leader in the language industry worldwide.

Pi School embeds AI research expertise within organisations tackling complex challenges, contributing to open science and bridging the gap between academia and institutions. The role

You will join the communications team and work across all Pi School projects, from corporate marketing to the research initiatives we lead, reporting to the Communications Manager. You will design promotion strategies, produce content tailored to each channel and run social media, newsletters, email campaigns and event promotion. You will work closely with the team that includes a designer and a content intern.

You will also support lead generation, following the pipeline from first contact to qualified lead and identifying when and how a promotional campaign should start. This includes planning and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, tracking results and reporting on what works.

What we are looking for

A bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialisation in digital marketing, and proven experience in a similar mid-level role. You have managed campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, built promotion strategies from scratch and know how to adapt content to different channels. You solve problems independently, write clearly and can manage several projects at once. English at C2 level and Italian at B1 level are required.

Our office

Pi School is hosted at Pi Campus, a working environment immersed in nature in Rome's EUR district, where six villas have been converted into offices designed to help talent grow. Pi Campus is also a venture firm created by Translated to reinvest part of its profits into promising AI startups.

Our offer

The salary ranges between €30,000 and €40,000, depending on experience and scope of responsibilities, and generally grows as experience leads to greater contributions. Exceptionally strong candidates may be offered a salary above this range. The position is full-time and onsite, with 50 days of remote work per year that you can combine and use from anywhere in the world.
