SYS-DAT Group is one of the leading players in the field of IT solutions for Companies.

To strengthen internal structure, seeks for HARS, a SYS-DAT Group company based in Modena, Via Virgilio 54 / G 41123 Modena (MO) :

The candidate will be placed in a young, dynamic and team-oriented environment. The Digital Marketing Specialist sought will be expected to promote innovative solutions in the area of information and application systems, such as ERP projects, ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance services. The job includes designing and implementing digital marketing strategies to raise awareness of the company’s offerings in the B2B market. The professional is responsible for maintaining and developing the company’s online brand presence on all digital channels, ensuring that the company is visible and recognized in its area of expertise.

Responsibility

  • Generate sales opportunities through digital marketing campaigns and webinars, creating engaging content and collaborating with technical and sales colleagues.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, ensuring that messages are consistent with brand strategy.
  • Measure and report to management about the performance of digital marketing activities against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and technology partners to create effective landing pages and manage follow-ups.
  • Identify and create sales opportunities through first contact with target companies.
  • Actively manage SEO / SEM activities, email communications, and marketing campaigns, ensuring that established goals are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing / digital communication or similar.
  • Experience in digital marketing management and basic computer skills.
  • Practical skills in SEO / SEM, email marketing, content creation and social media management.
  • Skill in identifying targets and developing engaging campaigns.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work in a team and relate effectively.
