Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. He/She will support the Global Marketing Team in projects focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and product positioning. The role requires experience with website content management and digital marketing tools.

  1. Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEA, email campaigns, and display advertising
  2. Manage and coordinate company website content and liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
  3. Collaborate with the global marketing team to brainstorm innovative marketing strategies
  4. Manage and enhance TOMRA Recycling Sorting’s digital presence
  5. Ensure consistent branding across digital channels in collaboration with TOMRA Group
  6. Design targeted initiatives to reach audiences through various channels
  7. Analyze campaign results, website traffic, and conversion rates to optimize future activities
  8. Measure and report on website and campaign performance against KPIs
  9. Identify trends and insights to improve marketing ROI
  10. Collaborate on creating landing pages and optimizing user experience
  11. Utilize analytical skills to evaluate user experience across channels
  12. Handle back-end content management, platform development, and testing
  13. Optimize website for search engines (SEO, SEM), including keyword research and linking strategies
  14. Manage and optimize video channels (e.g., YouTube)
  15. Set up and distribute newsletters, optimize workflows
  16. Support product launches, campaigns, and exhibitions
  17. Assist in global project management related to sales and marketing initiatives
  18. Coordinate marketing support staff and external agencies
  19. Develop and maintain the Brand Center and marketing assets platform
  20. Plan and execute webinars, digital events, and training sessions with product management and sales

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong understanding of effective marketing techniques
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business

Additional Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); other languages advantageous
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Dynamics)
